Performance and Prevention workshops are back for 2024!
This workshop is recommended for 2-4 representatives from a club to attend and is targeted towards those with the ability to influence direction at the governance and operational levels i.e. club presidents, committee members, directors of football and club staff.
In the workshop, you will:
⚽ Understand the essence of what 'good practice' welfare looks like for football clubs in NZ.
⚽ Identify practical and effective strategies to enhance welfare within your club environment.
⚽ Receive resources and links that will allow you to create and develop your own club welfare profile.
⚽ Receive an action plan that will bring your ideas to life and raises your clubs capability to provide a safe and well environment for your members.
