PlayFIT is comprised of 35 different exercises from 7 different movement groups, which teachers can integrate within their P.E sessions to promote lifelong movement skills in children.
These exercises help develop students’ physical literacy, prevent injury, and add extra stimulation and appropriate challenge to any game. They are from the scientifically validated 11+ Kids programme developed by FIFA (the international sports body for football, the world’s biggest sport) and is proven to reduce injuries in children’s sport by 38% and severe injuries by over 50%.
