Training Guide – Getting Match Ready
Auckland youth and senior footballers and referees, after maintaining your football fitness for the last couple of weeks it’s now time to start thinking about getting match ready again, over the next couple of weeks, before the re-start of games and your return to play.
Coaches, players and referees before you return to play there needs to be an increase in; your training intensity, ball involvement in trainings and contest around the ball (where possible). Here’s a training guide to get match ready:
